To ensure your wireless earbuds feel comfortable and stay put no matter what you're doing, QC Earbuds II come with a Bose Fit Kit. The convenient Fit Kit includes three pairs of ear tips and three pairs of stability bands designed to fit the unique shape of your ears. Both the ear tips and stability bands are made from soft silicone for all-day comfort and a secure fit. The ear tips rest gently but securely in your ears and spread contact evenly. The stability bands hug the contours of your ears with curved fins that grip your ears for a snug fit. And since no two ears are the same, even on the same person, swap different-sized ear tips and bands to find the best fit.

Simple touch control for hands-free listening.

Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds II allow you to control your music with the simple touch interface on the wireless earbuds. This convenient interface frees your hands so you can stay focused on whatever you're doing. With simple swipes and taps, play or pause music, change the volume, and switch tracks. Tap either earbud once to answer an incoming call without ever touching your phone. Control the level of noise cancellation by pressing and holding either earbud.

You're in control of your sound.

You decide how much of the world you want to hear. Quiet Mode offers maximum noise cancellation, so you can feel fully immersed in your music. Want to listen to music but still hear what's going on around you? Aware Mode offers full transparency to hear your surroundings with striking clarity. It applies ActiveSense technology to soften the loudest sounds, like a passing bus, to a more pleasant and balanced volume. If you prefer full awareness, turn off ActiveSense in the Bose Music app. You can also use the app to create a custom noise cancellation mode with options for 11 noise cancellation increments between Aware and Quiet Modes.

They know when they're in and pause when they're out

Need to pause your music to have a quick conversation? Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds II have sensors that know when they've been inserted or taken out. Remove an earbud and the audio will pause. The earbud in your other ear will switch from Quiet Mode to Aware Mode.

Control everything through the Bose Music app.

The Bose Music app guides you through setup. Use the app to access your preferences, including noise cancellation levels, Bluetooth® connections, shortcuts and more. You can check the battery, customise your shortcuts and even adjust the sound profile of your music to your liking. Use Adjustable EQ to control the bass, mid-range and treble levels to suit your tastes. Software upgrades and new features are also available through the app.

Use Bose QC Earbuds II to enjoy clear and natural-sounding phone conversations. Two noise-rejecting microphones in each earbud focus on the sound of your voice and filter out ambient noise and wind. Digital signal processing technology further enhances the signal to ensure your conversation is clear. Calls play through both earbuds, or you can use either bud by itself. If auto-answer is on, and you've removed your earbuds, just place them in your ear to answer.

Stay connected with advanced Bluetooth 5.3.

To ensure that your earbuds stay connected to your device, Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds II offer advanced Bluetooth® 5.3 capability. This newest generation of Bluetooth® offers a strong, continuous connection as long as you're within 10 metres of the paired device.
